Soul Thrive Therapy, LLC opened in March of 2016. My vision for Soul Thrive is to offer creatively designed therapy to cultivate renewed vibrancy within each individual and their relationships.
“I want my radical self-acceptance to challenge you. I want my unapologetic self-love to be provocative. I want my emotional nudity to inspire self-liberation. If me rooting myself moves you to root yourself in your Self, may I be a stepping stone. If temporary discomfort leads you to embark on a courageous, loving journey back to Self, let me be the thing that quietly reminds you to do so. My actions are intentional. May they create a heart stir or a vibrating peace. My goal is to make you feel.” -Anonymous
Here’s A Bit More About Your
My life path as a therapist has always been clear and unwavering. I am absolutely positive I’m here to help others navigate the human experience. I would love to share my therapeutic perspective and style with you, please feel free to ask at any time.
In my personal moments, I enjoy sharing experiences and adventures with my loved ones, spending playful moments with my dog Brody, and engaging my senses in nature and art.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2012, and my Master’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2015.
Professionally, I have been a registered psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate serving the community, working with many different presenting problems and clients ranging from 12 months to 89 years of age. I have also worked with at-risk adolescents and I have been a registered psychotherapist at The Parent-Child Interaction Center working with behavior disordered children and the court mandated population.
I also currently teach undergraduate courses at Colorado State University as an adjunct Instructor.
Overall, I am enjoying every moment of being a small business owner and therapist here at Soul Thrive!
