There is a much bigger, better picture for us to explore and co-create with the Universe. Many people struggle with spiritual, philosophical, abstract thoughts and feelings – and this is where I have found Holistic Healing to help people make sense of their time in this life.
Now let me be clear, this is not spiritual therapy to assist with religious concerns (i.e. falling away from the church, sex before marriage, etc.) This is for people wanting to connect to their Soul, also known as their True Self.
These sessions often discuss and concepts like: reincarnation, soul groups, life purpose, past lives, energy, higher consciousness, spirit guides, meditation, death, dreams, ego, soul lessons, mindfulness, letting go of trauma and the wild ride of this human experience, among many others.
In order to address the whole Self, therapeutic techniques are used to address the Mind, energy healing is used to address the Body, and divination tools are used to gain powerful insights and guidance from your Higher Self and Soul Tribe.
Spiritual Guidance
I have added Spiritual Guidance to my repertoire of services due to the numerous clients I have encountered who are seeking something different from traditional therapy. I have many clients asking these Universal questions, and I feel the world is continually “waking up” to their higher, or true selves. In my personal journey, the aforementioned has guided my growth and helped me discover Universal truths I now feel compelled to share with the seekers.
In these sessions, you can expect traditional therapy to be combined with all these other wonderful tools and concepts in order to give you as much guidance and insight as possible to better the wellbeing of your mind, body, and soul.
Standard therapy rates apply: $150/50-Minutes, $95 for students, and sliding scale rates available also.
Tarot Reading
Divination is an ancient practice of using various tools to gain insight and make clear connections to a higher level of consciousness. The primary tools I utilize include Tarot / Oracle cards and Numerology.
Tarot often has a negative, dark, or "woo-woo" connotation. I would like to purify Tarot from this reputation. Ultimately, they are cards with messages and symbols associated with them that can deliver a very specific answer to your life questions. Questions can be about relationships, career, family planning, life transitions, past traumas, life lessons, the future, you name it! And the most beautiful part? It is your Soul, your Higher Self, and/or your Spirit Tribe guiding you to the messages needed. I promise, there is nothing negative, nothing dark, and nothing woo-woo about it!
Readings include the following: a brief introduction to Tarot (if needed), an introduction to the variety of decks so the client can choose accordingly, processing of client questions and how to word them to ensure the clearest response, up to 5 cards (questions), processing of each card and it's meaning as it pertains to your questions, as well as a final card reading based on the cards as a whole. Session will end with discussions on how to continually process your reading, and ways you can best integrate the insights you gained during our time together.

Numerology Reading
Our Universe is composed of numbers. Everything in and around us carries a numerical vibrational energy. Numerology is the study of numbers, and the way their specific energies influence our lives. Every person has a unique set of numbers: Their Life Path Number, Destiny Number, Birth Day Number, Soul Urge Number, Personal Year Number, Name Number, Life Cycle Numbers, Karmic Lesson Numbers and more! (It's at this point the word "number" begins to look and sound a little funny...)
Understanding these numbers and their influence in your life often illuminates patterns, characteristics and desires from a fresh perspective.
Readings include the following: A personalized document for you to keep of your "Numerology Blueprint," with descriptions of each number, personalized processing of each number and a full picture of how they relate to one another. Our session will end with discussions on how to continually process your reading, and ways you can best integrate the insights you gained during our time together.
