My name is Amberly Fierstine and I fancy myself a multi-faceted, compassionate person who is absolutely positive my purpose in this life is to guide others through this fascinating and often confusing human experience.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life & Mindset Coach, Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master and natural healer. I am a nature and animal lover, a potter, an artist and living room dancer. A deep lover and kindred spirit. A spirited wife, swollen-hearted mother, snarky sister and lively daughter. An endlessly grateful, ever-seeking and optimistic human being.

Soul Thrive Therapy

Soul Thrive Therapy, LLC opened in March of 2016. I started with a brick and mortar private practice in Fort Collins, CO. During the pandemic, I took my practice remote for a few months, and realized operating via phone and video provided me with much more work-life balance. I found myself feeling happier and healthier, and decided to make the transition to fully practice online! I now have the consistent vitality to bring the best energy to each and every one of my clients.

The continued vision for Soul Thrive is to offer creatively designed therapy to cultivate renewed vibrancy within each individual, their relationships, and their connection to life.

Education & Experience

I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University in 2012, and my Master’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University in 2015.

Professionally, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the beautiful Northern Colorado community! I have worked with many different presenting concerns and many clients ranging anywhere from 12 months to 89 years of age. I have also worked with at-risk adolescents (and the not-so-risky ones) and I have been a registered psychotherapist at The Parent-Child Interaction Center working with children struggling with behavior disorders and the court mandated population. My passions thrive in working with adolescents, helping individuals awaken to their highest and best selves, and working with couples to reach relationships heights they only ever dreamed of.

I also currently teach undergraduate courses at Colorado State University as an Adjunct Instructor.

Overall, I am enjoying every moment of being a small business owner and therapist here at Soul Thrive!
